Inspired by chain armor and with an eye towards sustainability, I created a top using aluminum can openers from soda bottles. By interweaving the individual aluminum openers and incorporating keychains, chains and other materials from home, I created unique connectors that were not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The resulting top not only demonstrates the creative use of recycled materials, but also the possibility of combining sustainability and fashion
